After you message us, a few clear things happen in a clear order. Knowing the steps helps you know what to expect and when.
This is how we work. We are a small studio, so replies come from the person who will design your project.
1. We reply and ask a few questions
We read your message and reply with a few questions about your lot, your plans and your timeline. You can answer in your own words, in a short message.
If you send photos or a map pin of the lot, it helps us give a useful answer.
2. A short call
We then set a short call to understand your goals. You do not need drawings or a final budget to talk to us.
We will tell you honestly if we are a good fit and if another route may serve you better.
**No pressure**: You can ask questions and compare options before you decide.
3. A written proposal
If we both want to continue, we send a proposal with the scope, the stages and the fee in writing. You can take your time, ask questions and compare with others.
Nothing begins until you agree in writing.
4. The first meeting
We then meet, in person or online, to go through your brief and your lot. This is when design work begins.
Bring what you have, and we will help with the rest.
5. Questions we may ask
We may ask where the lot is, whether you already have drawings, who will decide for the family and when you hope to start.
These answers help us tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
Your message is read by a person, and you can ask us to stop at any time. A privacy notice will be shown wherever we collect your details.
Any chatbot we use will say that it is automated and will hand you to a person when needed.
